Okay, so for the longest time I've wanted a shiny budew or Roselia(but not Roserade, sorry Hara), but I suck at chaining, my friend got me one, but he forgot he chained it for me and evolved it and trained it and used it against me(MEANIE). So I want a shiny Roselia DESPERATELY. I don't know what you want for it, but I can try and find what you want.
