Well this forum is still young and very plump, I say we need an official team of members that recruit.
They should be in charge of banner creating, advertising and ninja-dragon warfare various other things.

I really like the recruiters idea for advertising, but we already have a group that manages graphics such as banners.
I'll think about the advertisers though.
